Families First Fostering is run by mother and daughter team, Amanda and Rachael from their offices in Stone & Bilston. Between them they have nearly 40 years’ experience of adoption and fostering, and are experts in caring and looking after children, who may not have had the best start in life.

As well as all the support you will need, the agency provides a competitive rewards and benefits package, including paid car mileage and two weeks per year respite. They also provide a training and development programme, designed to make you a more caring and effective foster parent. This includes access to regular local support groups and frequent visits from compassionate social workers, as well as their renowned therapeutic support model.

All family focused

Brilliant agency. All family focused involving the children, families and foster parents. Definitely the best around Staffordshire. I personally wouldn't foster for anyone else. I feel valued and appreciated and extremely supported which is rare in a career such as fostering. Coming from a foster child and a foster parent - I can definitely recommend.

Brilliant therapeutic agency

I have worked with Families First for just under a year now and can say they are a brilliant therapeutic agency with the children's best interest at heart. They are extremely supportive and child centred. We do lots of fun activities that all the children enjoy. I love the support groups, we are one big family. If you are thinking of fostering I would 100% recommend families first.
